You must try and taste, of course, all the specialties that the Coast of the Sun offers you, be that the Salmorejo, a gazpacho with almost no water, or if you don't know what gazpacho is: a cold puree of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and garlic, that is served with minced hard egg and tuna...

Or, a tortilla (omelet) of potatoes with onions and peppers (by the way this dish is prepared here, in Andalusia, like nowhere else), or some grilled shrimp or boiled with salt, these you can find in almost all the restaurants in Malaga.

The "gourmets" are right when they consider Malaga the capital of "pescaíto frito" (little fried fish) obvious proof of this is that while you walk on the beaches of the province is very hard not to see the boats fishing or the "chiringuitos" (restaurants in the beach) full of people tasting the catch from the sea, fish and seafood.
